How should I prepare a correct CSV file for the tool?
A good CSV has column names in the first row, and each following row describes one product or one product variant. Recommended columns include SKU or product ID, product name, category, units sold, revenue, product cost, price, views, availability and stock level.
Numbers should be stored as numbers, without text such as currency symbols, unit labels or comments. Do not add “Total” rows, empty sections or customer personal data. Read the full guide here: how to prepare a CSV file.
Does the CSV need to use the same column names as the app?
No. The columns can use names from your store platform, ERP, marketplace or spreadsheet. During import, you map your columns to the fields used by the ranking. The names should be clear, unique and easy to understand.
Does uploading a CSV charge tokens?
No. Tokens are charged only after column mapping and cost confirmation. You can upload the file, review the product count, see the cost and then decide whether to start processing.
What is column mapping?
Column mapping means telling the app which column from your file represents a specific type of data. For example, “Code” can be SKU, “Name” can be product name and “Sold quantity” can be units sold.
Can I save mapping for future imports?
Yes. If you often upload files with the same column layout, you can save a mapping template. Next time, choose the template and the app will fill the mapping automatically.
What data is most important for a useful product ranking?
The most important data is a stable product identifier, product name, category, sales, revenue, cost or margin, price, availability and interest signals such as views. Better and more complete data makes the ranking more useful for business decisions.
Can I upload a file with product variants?
Yes, but decide whether the ranking should analyze parent products or variants. If you analyze variants, each row should represent one variant, such as a specific size or color. Do not mix parent products and variants without clear identifying columns.
Should customer data be included in the CSV?
No. Product ranking usually does not require customer personal data. Do not include names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or payment data. The file should contain product and sales data.
What do I get after generating a ranking?
After processing is complete, you can download a resulting CSV with the product ranking. The result can be used for analysis, merchandising, product ordering, promotion planning or further spreadsheet work.
What is Premium?
Premium gives access to imports and a renewable monthly token allowance. Plan details, subscription status and Premium management are available on the Billing page after login.
